The trail offers views across the valley and through the revegetation areas that are transforming former farmland back into native habitat.
The Craigburn Farm addition to Sturt Gorge Recreation Park has created a significant recreational resource on Adelaide’s southern fringe. The valley through which this trail runs provides a natural corridor connecting different sections of the park, and the ongoing revegetation work is slowly rebuilding the grey box grassy woodland that once covered these slopes.
