Heysen Trail access: The Fleurieu section of the Heysen Trail from Cape Jervis to the Adelaide Hills offers excellent multi-day walking. Port Elliot makes a great starting or finishing point.
Ferry to Kangaroo Island: SeaLink ferries operate from Cape Jervis at the southern tip of the peninsula.
