The Third Australian Tracks and Trails Conference - Connecting
People and Places was held at Hahndorf in the Adelaide Hills
from the 18th to the 20th of October 2004. The conference
was attended by approximately 160 delegates from Australia,
New Zealand, UK, USA, Ireland, Canada, Czech Republic and
Poland.
The conference themes included: national and international
agendas, tourism and visitor experiences, trails for transport
and recreation, innovation in policy and management, best
practice; and trails and healthy communities.
